Facing the International University of Catalonia and minutes from ESADE's Sant Cugat campus and the UAB campus in Bellaterra, Can Cabassa combines the sensitive restoration of a landmark masia with new-build residences, set within open green spaces that integrate the original building. The project is designed to EU Taxonomy criteria and targets BREEAM certification, offering an enriching environment through innovative design, exceptional amenities and a strong sense of community — improving the quality of life of the student population while delivering an urban park and a social-housing plot to the neighbourhood
